Assessment of cardiovascular risks among users of primary health care services

Objective: The aim of the study was to investigate Cardiovascular Risk (CVR) among users Primary Health Care (PHC) services in a municipality state Minas Gerais/Brazil. Materials and Methods: carried out from January April 2023, with an assessment CVR through application Franmgham Global Score (GRS) PHC users. Results: Eighty were evaluated, 31 males (39%) 49 females (61%), mean age between 55 59 years. Among those 57 (71%) do not smoke 23 (29%) smoke, 54 (68%) are diabetic 26 (32%) diabetic, 62 (78%) have history arterial disease family 18 (22%) it, total cholesterol assessed ranged 178.5 217.5 mg/dl untreated systolic blood pressure 134 143 mmHg, treated 125 mmHg. Data on GRS showed overall score 15.75 (18.83%). analysis average women identified value 14.92 (15.98%) men, 17.1 (23.34). Most men had high CVR. Conclusion: It is concluded that most patients cardiovascular risk prevention strategies urgent treatments needed evaluated.
